NICORETTE GUM 2MG ICY MINT (105 pieces)
- For best results chew gum slowly
- Gum will develop a peppery flavour.
- Once the taste of the gum becomes strong, or you feel tingling, place it between your cheeks and gum.
- Once the tingling fades (in approximately 1 minute), start chewing again and repeat above sequence, until the gum has lost all flavour, (approximately 30 minutes in total).
- Do not chew too fast,
- Only Chew one piece at a time.
- Do not chew your next piece of gum immediately after your last piece.
- Initially chew a piece of gum when you feel the craving for a cigarette.
- Do not to exceed recommended daily dose as per the directions on the packaging.
- After two to three months of chewing start to reduce the number of piece you chew.
- It is recommended that after 6 months you should have whined yourself off the gum.
- Heavy smokers (eg 25+ cigarettes daily) start on 4mg Extra Strength.
- Smokers, smoking less (<25 cigarettes daily) start 2mg Regular strength.
- The amount you smoke will determine the amount of gum you chew initially.
- It is recommended not to chew more than 30 pieces of 2mg gum per day or 40 pieces of 4mg gum per day.
